 Happy Fruit- Blonde Sultanas

Grape growing, drying and wine making has been practised for more than 5 centuries.

Turkey has one of the most suitable climates for grape growing. Archaeological findings in Anatolia prove that the culture of vine growing dates back to 3500 BC.

Historical coins and jugs with grape figures, dated 2300 BC, have been found in  Alacahoyuk, a town in central Anatolia.

Dried Fruits help child growth, assist in cure of  inflammation and fever also kidney and liver diseases.

New research shows that sultanas are a good source of INULIN a pre-biotic naturally occuring fiber-like carbohydrate.

When Inulin from dried fruit ferments in the colon, beneficial bacteria grow Acids resulting from Inulin fermentation also reduce high colonic pH produced by high meat diets.

High PH in the colon is a risk factor for colon cancer."
